Synopsis
Un policier et son chien sont blessés au cours d'une intervention. Une opération chirurgicale qui leur sauve la vie change ensuite le cours de l'histoire avec la naissance de Dog Man. Mi-chien, mi-homme, Dog Man poursuit alors avec acharnement son ennemi juré : le méchant félin Petey.
